At Pioneer Homecare we aim to deliver care with a personal touch. There is no task too big or small that we cannot assist you with. It is a core value of our company that each client is living well in the community with a little help when needed.
What differentiates our staff is their passion for not only serving the physical health care needs of our client, but also understanding and caring for their emotional needs. They also recognise and acknowledge the needs of our client’s families.
We recognise that each client has individual needs.
We treat each Client with the highest level of dignity and respect.
In the absence of strong guidelines in the largely unregulated market of Homecare in Ireland, Pioneer Homecare has a strong focus on delivering a quality service. Our experience in the Nursing Home sector, which is highly regulated, has driven us to continue our strong focus on quality service delivery through our Homecare business.
Our commitment is to build professional relationships with the clients GP, Public Health Nurses, Community Response Teams, Acute hospital services and any other service required. Our qualified Nurse Care Manager will manage these relationships with a professional service level of documentation and follow up. We work closely with the Client’s family in order to maximise the service we provide.

“I am so thrilled and humbled to have been accredited as the AIBF Home Care Personality of the Year. I would like to thank the adjudication panel for bestowing the honour upon me, and also commend my entire team, who make what is an incredibly challenging job, a real joy each day.
To be able to serve the community each and every day is a rare gift, best approached with patience, empathy and good humour and it is my great pleasure to be able to do so with such an inspiring team of individuals. This accreditation means so much and I am very grateful to have been considered for the honour.”
Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair on the Adjudication Board said in support of the announcement:

“We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.
The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. The Foundation also oversees the All-Ireland Business Summit while promoting peer dialogue amongst our members on an ongoing basis.
