When I was diagnosed with MS at 34, I felt my life was over. Three years ago, with my mobility declining, it was decided I needed home care services and I was so reluctant but as soon as the women from Pioneer entered my home, I knew that they were here to support my independence, not take it away. The service is first class and the carers have become like family, I would be lost without them.
