I have worked for Pioneer for three years and I have to say, it's been the best place I've ever worked. Since day one I have had great support from all the team. One of the best things about working here is that we get free training on all aspects of the job and there's always someone there if you have a question or need support. Obviously when Covid first hit we were all very worried but the job was always in touch giving us the up to date advice and PPE is delivered to us as often as we need it.
